| La Cartocuhe ships by ground, free of charge across Canada for all orders above $100 CDN . Air shipments are extra. Shipping to the USA is free for minimum orders of $500US, otherwise there are freight charges on all orders. |

| Returns Policy |
| All products can be returned within 10 business days from the date on the invoice . All items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging . All returns must be approved by our returns department and assigned a return authorization number. All products being returned are shipped at the customers expense. Any returns sent back to La Cartouche that do not follow the above criteria will be refused and sent back. |
